May I point out that the tubes used here are strictly for personal use.
Do not change their names and watermarks and do not upload them on other websites.
Should you need to use these tubes for any other use than personal,
please contact the tuber first for permission

You will need  :
the zip files HERE and HERE
the plugins MURA'S MEISTER : Cloud - SIMPLE  -  FILTERS UNLIMITED 2.0  -  FM TILE TOOLS

Put the tubes in a folder of your choice.
Put the masks in your PSP masks folder
Put the plugins in your plugins folder.



  1. Select 2 colours matching your tubes. Here I used blue #7dcad5 and pink #fecebb

  2. Open a new image 450 x450 px - tranparent

  3. Effects => plugins => Mura's Meister => Clouds. The colours should be white and the ones you have selected step 1. Put your working image aside.

  4. Open a new image 400 x400 px - tranparent. Flood fill with your dark colour

  5. Layers => load/save mask => load mask from disk. Select the "10e beauty" mask.

  6. Layers => merge => merge group

  7. Effects => plugins => Filters Unlimited 2.0 => noise filter => background noise : 40

  8. Copy and paste as new layer in your working image.

  9. Layers palette => lower opacity to 40

  10. Merge all (flatten)

  11. Effects => plugins => Simple => quick tile. (tip : If you want to use this image as background in a script, just copy and paste as new image for further use)

  12. Open a new image 450 x 450 - transparent. Flood fill with your dark colour.

  13. Layers => load/save mask => load mask from disk. Select the oudschrift01 mask.

  14. Layers => merge => merge group

  15. Copy and paste as new layer in your working image.

  16. Layers palette => lower opacity to 60

  17. Open Filly's tube "Misted_filly_(968)MyPony". Copy and paste as new layer in your working image. Move your tube to the upper right corner of your working image. Lower opacity to 60

  18. Open Filly's tube "Tube_filly_flower(88)". Copy and paste in your working image. Move the tube to the lower right corner of your working image. Layers palette => opacity 50 and blend mode : Luminance Legacy

  19. Open Filly's tube "Misted_filly_(922)Little girl". Copy and paste as new layer in your working image. Move your tube to the lower left corner of your working. Lower opacity to 70

  20. Merge visible layers

  21. Image => picture frame => select "edge brush 04". Layers palette => merge visible

  22. With your magic wand (feathering 0) select the white border. Selections => modify => expand : 2. delete. Selections => select none

  23. Put your tag aside

  24. Open a new image 500 x 500 - transparent. Flood fill with your light colour.

  25. Adjust => add/remove noise => add noise : 11 - uniform - monochrome

  26. Effects => plugins => texture => texturizer => sandstone : scaling 50 - relief 2

  27. Effects => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss

  28. Open your tag. Copy and paste as new layer in your working image.

  29. Effects => 3D effects => drop shadow : 0 / 0 / 100 / 30 - your dark colour

  30. You can add another tube as ornament (see the finished tag). Same drop shadow settings as step 29


  31. With your text tool add your text and your signature

  32. Merge all (flatten)

  33. File => export => JPG optimizer
