Here I used Yoka's tube Yoka-Faces-Models211207-2 for that tag. To see the original tag hit the lesson's link above.
May I point out that the tubes used here are strictly for personal use.
Do not change their names and watermarks and do not upload them on other websites.
Should you need to use these tubes for any other use than personal,

You will need the supplies here
Plugin : Sapphire Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0
- Open and duplicate the tubes. Close originals
Import the brush in your PSP brushes folder - Open a new image 750x500 px, transparent
Materials palette = foreground : #bf9a85 and background : #593928
Fill the image with your background colour - Add a new layer.
With the brush tool apply the brush "fleur_sylv" on the right side (see the tag) with the following settings : - Effects => plugins => Sapphire Filters 09 => Sapphire plugings 0885 with the following settings :
- Add a new raster layer
With the selection tool => custom selection : - Fill the selection with the gradient
Adjust => blur => gaussian blur 25
Layers palette => opacity 71% - Selections => modify => select selection borders with the following settings :
- Fill the selection
Effects => 3D Effects => inner bevel witht the following settings : - Selections => select none
Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert./hor. 2 - opacity 100 - colour #000000
Repeat with vert./hor. -2 - Open LaManouche's tube Hanging low. Right click => copy
Paste into selection
Move to the upper left corner of the rectangle
Layers palette => blend mode : luminance L - opacity 55%
Effects => Distortion effects => punch : intensity 100% - Open Marif's tube Marif_2007_09Septembre_lady0424. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer in your working image.
If necessary, resize your tube (resize all layers option unchecked)
Set the tube as shown on the tag
You can add a drop shadow as I did here. It's up to you ! LOL
Layers palette => merge => merge visible
- Image => add borders : 1 px (light colour)
Image => add borders : 5 px (dark colour)
Image => add borders : 1 px (light colour)
Image => add borders : 50 px (dark colour) - Open Gerlinde Creations's tube GL_Lace01007. Select the layer GL0607. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer on your working image
Image => mirror. Move the tube to the right border (see the tag)
Layers palette => blend mode => luminance - Open Melissa's tube SE_Tranquillity_Stitches. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer on your working image
Move to the left as shown on the tag above - Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert./hor.1 - opacity 100 - blur 10 - colour #000000
- Open Melissa's tube SE_Charms_Hearts5. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer on your working image
Image => resize 75% (resize all layers option unchecked)
layers palette => duplicate. Image => resize again 75% the copy. - Activate the larger heart's layer. Image => free rotate with the following settings :
- Select a nice font - Write your text and apply a drop shadow to your liking.
Apply a drop shadow
Add your watermark
Image => add borders 1 px (light colour) - Layers palette : merge all (flatten). Image => resize to your liking. Here it was
- File => export as jpeg optimiser
draw a rectangle
Materials palette : gradient with the following settings :
Change your gradient settings :
Move the heart to the upper left corner (as shown on the tag)
On the smaller heart's layer repeat free rotate - direction right.
Move the heart to the upper right corner (as shown on the tag)
You are done !
