You will need the supplies here
Plugins : Filters Unlimited2
Save the mask in your PSP masks folder.

All the colours used here are those I prefered for this tag. Of course you can use colours to your liking.
In the original tutorial, Lorna selected #dddaca (foreground) and #9daf50 (background).

1. Materials palette : foreground #F8E2E3 - background #C38F96
   Open a new image 750x500 px, transparent
   Fill with the background colour



2. Add a new raster. Fill it with the foreground colour



3. Layers => Load/save mask => load mask from disk. Select the Sorensen_Designs-Standing_alone_Mask_101-07 :




Layers => merge => merge group
Effects => Edge Effects => enhance


4. Open Jet's tube Jet-woman10-maart-2008. Right click => copy
   Paste as new layer on your working image
   Set the tube in the middle of your working image
   Effects => Edge effects => enhance
   Layers palette => opacity 40%



5. Open Jet's tube jet-woman16-juni-2008. Right click => copy
   Paste as new layer on your working image.
   Image => mirror
   Move to the right side (see the tag above)



6. Effects => 3D Effects : drop shadow with the following settings :






7. Open Misssilly's tube Misssilly-MistLetters-Jan2008. Right click => copy
   Paste as new layer on your working image.
   Move to the upper right corner
   Layers palette => arrange => move down
   Layers palette => blend mode : Luminance (legacy)
   Effects => Edge effects => enhance



8. Go back to the upper layer. Open Kara's tube KaraT4886. You may have to colorize the tube to match your own colours
   Here I went to Adjust => Hue and saturation => colorize : hue 250 - saturation 77
   Effects => Edge effects => enhance
   Layers palette => arrange => move down
   Layers palette => opacity 27%
   Layers palette => blend mode : Luminance (legacy)



9. Go back to the upper layer. Open Silmaril_PierceBrosnan_JamesBond_2008_08. Right click => copy
   Paste as new layer on your working image.
   Move the lower left corner.
   Layers palette => blend mode : Luminance (legacy)
   Effects => Edge effects => enhance
   Layers palette => arrange => move down - opacity 27%
   
   
10. Layers palette => merge visible



11. Image => add borders 1 px #7E343E (original tutorial #75792b)
    Image => resize to 90% (resize all layers checked)
    Adjust => sharpness => sharpen
    Image => canvas size with the following settings :
    
    
    
    
    
Add a new layer. Fill with your foreground colour.
Layers palette => move down


12. Go back to the layer above. With the magic wand select the tag
    Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert./hor. 2 - opacity 50 - blur20 - colour #000000
    Repeat drop shadow : vert./hor. -2



13. Open the tube Deco1. Right click => copy
    Paste as new layer on your working image
    Move it to the right side (see the tag above)
    Layers palette => duplicate. Image => Mirror



14. Again paste as new layer on your working image (the copy is still in memory)
    Image => free rotate with the following settings :




Move and put it on the upper edge of your tag
Layers palette => duplicate
Image => flip


15. Image => add borders 2 px #7E343E
    Effects => Filters Unlimited2 => Buttons & frames => glass frame 3 witht the following settings :




repeat plugin effects


16. Open the text tube. Right click => copy
    Paste as new layer on your working image
    Now it's up to you. You can add the following effect or not.
    Dupplicate the layer. Layers palette => set the copy off
    On the other layer : Effects => Distortion effects => wind with the following settings




Repeat the wind effect : from left
Set the text copy on. Merge down the text layer
Move the merged text to the left bottom. (see the tag above)


17. Add your name
    Layers palette => merge all (flatten)
    File => export as jpeg optimizer
