You will need the supplies here
Plugins : FM Tile Tools - Bordermania
- Open and duplicate the tubes. Close originals
Save the mask 20 in your PSP masks folder
- Open Alan Ayer's image "Lady's choice". Duplicate twice (Shift D) and close original.
Put one of the copies aside for further use.
On the 2nd copy : effects => Art Media Effects => colored pencils with the following settings :
- Right click on the copy put aside => copy
Paste as new layer on your working image.
- Adjust => sharpness => high pass sharpen with the following settings :
Layers palette : opacity 80%
- Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss (default settings)
Layers palette => merge visible
- Image => resize 500 px height
Adjust => sharpness => sharpen
Right click on the image => copy
Now 1 important point : you can follow the tutorial as it is (which will give you a grey scaled tag), or choose a
colour to your liking as I have done here. If you prefer a coloured tag, just follow the instructions below(*).
- Open the image "Fond". Paste as new layer the copy previously done. Move the layer to the left.
Layers palette => opacity 24% - blend mode : luminance (legacy)
(*)For a coloured tag, open the image "Fond". Add a layer and fill it with the colour of your choice.
In the layers palette => arrange => send to bottom.
Go to the "fond" layer. Layers palette => blend mode : screen
Copy and paste as new layer the copy previously done. Then follow the tutorial's other steps.
- Go to Layers => load/save mask => load mask from disk. Select the 20/20 mask. Apply. Layers palette : merge group.
Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert. 0 - hor.5 - opacity 45 - blur 50 - colour #ffffff
- Open Kara's tube KaraT3523. Right click => copy
Past as new layer on your working image. Move to the lower right corner (see the tag above).
Layers palette => move down the layer just above the background
Layers palette => opacity 52%
- Stay on that layer. Open Sylvie's tube Unicorn_Fantasy_21.2.07. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer on your working image. Move forward to the upper left side (see the tag).
Layers palette => blend mode : luminance (legacy)
- Open the tube Accolade. Right click => copy
Paste as new layer in your working image
Set the tube as shown on the tag
Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert. 0 - hor.5 - opacity 45 - blur 50 - colour #ffffff
Layers palette => merge => merge visible
- Layers palette => duplicate
Image => resize the copy to 90% (resize all layers option unchecked)
Selections => select all
Selections => float.
Selections => modify => Select selection borders with the following settings :
Fill the selection with a colour to your liking. Here I used #FEB59C (original tutorial #565e61)
Selections => select none
Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : vert./hor.2 - opacity 45 - blur 50 - colour #000000
Repeat drop shadow : vert./hor. -2
- Go to the layer just under.
Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools : blend emboss (default settings)
Layers palette => merge visible
- Image => add borders 3 px - colour to your liking. Here I used #cc7557 (original tutorial #acb0b3)
With the magic wand select the border
Effects => plugins => Bordermania => frame relief 2 with the following settings :
Selections => select none
- Select a nice font - Write your text and apply a drop shadow to your liking.
Add your watermark
- Layers palette : merge all (flatten)
- File => export as jpeg optimiser
