You will need :
the tubes and brush in the zip file

Open the zip file, save the tubes in a folder of your choice and the brush in your PSP brushes folder.
In PSP open the tubes and duplicate them. Close the original images. We will be working with the duplicated ones.

Materials palette : foreground with a light colour : #66bdec and background with a
darker colour : #0a4d7a.

Open a new image 550 x 400 px transparent

Selections => select all (Ctrl A)

Open the image "Tina_fond.jpg". Right click => copy and paste into selection of your
working image. Selections => select none (Ctrl D)

Effects => Edge effects : enhance (do it twice)
-
Add a new layer. Selections => select all (Ctrl A)
-
Open MarieL'stube "MarieL2006mai_body_eyes01t". Right click => copy and paste into
selection of your working image.

In the layers palette : lower opacity to 40 - blend mode : Luminance. Selections =>
select none (Ctrl D)
-
Effects => Edge effects : enhance
-
Edit => again paste as new layer MarieL's tube and move it to the left on the edge of
the previous eye.

Opacity 75 - blend mode : Luminance
-
Open MarieL'stube "MarieL2006juin_starfisht". Right click => copy and paste as new
layer.

Place the tube on the left, under the eye. Blend mode : luminance - opacity 40
-
Open MarieL'stube "MarieL2006_1018972_Ellia_small". Right click => copy and paste as
new layer. Don't move it. Now move the starfish in such a way that the woman's hands
are on the starfish's middle.

Go back to "MarieL2006_1018972_Ellia_small" layer. Effects => 3D Effects => drop
shadow : 2 / 2 / 100 - 70 white - "shadow on new layer" checked

Go back on the woman's layer. Adjust => Hue and saturation => hue/saturation/Lightness
with these settings :

Adjust => sharpness => unsharp mask with these settings :

Add a new layer. Foreground : white
-
Paintbrush tool. Select "MarieL_geometric_0061" brush - size 380 ! Apply the brush as
shown below :

Create a gradient with the colours of step 1

Open the tube "Tina_lignes". Right click => copy and paste as new layer.

Selections => select all (Ctrl A). Selections => float. Selections => defloat.

Flood fill the lines with the gradient. If needed, zoom in to be sure that the lines
are filled up.

Duplicate the layer. Go back to the original layer. Effects => Image effects =>
seamless tiling : corner (factory defaults)

Effects => distortion effects => twirl : - 65°. Go back to the copy layer (on the
top)

Effects => 3D Effects => drop shadow : 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 - background dark colour.
Selections => select none
-
Image => add borders : 1 px - foreground light colour
-
Image => add borders : 1 px - background dark colour
-
Image => add borders : 1 px - foreground light colour
-
Add your text and export in JPG optimizer.
