Thank you Jeany and Colette for allowing me to translate your tutorials.
MarieL kindly allowed me to use her tubes and her brushes. Thank you MarieL.
May I point out that the tubes used here are strictly for personal use.
Do not change their names and watermarks and do not upload them on other websites.
Should you need to use these tube for an other use than personal,
please contact the tubers first.
You will need
the tubes, the brushes and the selection in the zip file here
the mask 20/20 here
the plugins FLAMING PEAR : transline -
OPTIK VERVE LABS : Virtual Photographer -
TOPAZ
VIVACITY : Topaz Clean
Put the tubes and the brushes in a folder of your choice. In PSP go to file => Import
=> custom brushes and import your brushes.
Put the 20/20 mask in your PSP masks folder
Put the selection in your PSP selections folder
Put your plugins in your plugins folder

Open the image "Fond_Mariel"
-
Layers => duplicate and resize to 80% - resize all layers unchecked.

Selections => select all. Selection => modify => select selection borders with these
settings. Flood fill the selection with a colour of your tube.

Selections => select none (Ctrl D) and go back to the bottom layer.

Effects => plugins => Optik Verve Labs : Virtual Photographer : Sunset - Slide 1
-
Go back to the resized layer. Effects => plugins => Topaze Vivacity : Topaz Clean with
these settings : threshold 31 - clean radius 5.80 - sharpness 3
-
Effects => distortion effects : Wind : wind from left 100%. Apply again but with wind
from right 100%
-
Effects => DSB Flux => linear transmission : horizontal : 10 / 14 / 50
-
Repeat step 7. In the layers palette : blend mode : soft light
-
Open MarieL's tube "MarieL2006mai_makeup_05". Copy and past as new image.

Layers => Load/save mask => download mask from disk and select the 20/20 mask.
Settings : source luminance - fit to canvas - invert transparency unchecked - hide all
mask. Layers => Merge group
-
Edit => copy. Edit => paste as new layer on your working image and move the layer to
the left side.

Image => add borders : 1 px - same colour as step 3
-
Edit => copy
-
Open a new image 750 x 550 transparent
-
Paste as new layer your last image
-
Go back to layer 1. Selections => select all and paste into selection the same image.

Adjust => Blur => Radial blur with these settings :
-
Selections => select none (Ctrl D). Effects => Edge effects : enhance more and go back
to raster 2

Open MarieL's tube "Mariel 2006 fev jewel03". Copy and paste as new layer on your
working image and move the tube to the right side.

Layers palette => blend mode : multiply
-
Effects => plugins => Topaz Vivacity as in step 6
-
Go back to the bottom layer. Add a new layer
-
Select a colour from your tube for the foreground
-
Paintbrush tool. Select MarieL's brush "Mariel beauty 1" and apply the brush in the
upper left corner
-
Add a new layer. Select MarieL's brush "Mariel" and apply twice with the same colour.

Layers => arrange => move up above the centered image of your
working image (as shown on the finished tag)

Effects => Edge effects => enhance more
-
Go to the top layer. Add a new layer
-
Selections => load/save selection => load selection from disk and select "Odin-tut02"
-
Flood fill the selection with the same colour used for the brush
-
Selection => modify => contract 1 px and hit delete key
-
Selection => promote selection to layer and flood fill with the same colour again
-
Selection => select none (Ctrl D) and lower opacity to your liking
-
Effects => plugins => Flaming Pear : transline
-
Go back to the layer under. Effects => edge effects => enhance more
-
Go back to the promoted selection layer. Layers palette => merge down
-
Layers palette => blend mode : hard light
-
Layers palette => duplicate. Effects => distortion effects : displacement map with these settings :

Slightly move the layer to the right side (squares close to the right border). To your
liking and depending on your choosen colour, effects => edge effects : enhance
-
Image => add borders : 1 px same colours as step 3
-
Add your text. Effects => 3D effects : drop shadow 1 / 1 / 100 / white
-
Export your tag in JPG optimizer.
