the plugin FM TileTools
Put the filters in your plugins folder
Open the zip files, save the tubes in a folder of your choice.
In PSP open and duplicate them. Close the original images. We will be working with the
duplicated ones.
Do not forget to save often your work.
- Set a light colour in the foreground and a dark colour in the background (I used
# FCD3CF and # CA7861) - In your Materials Palette foreground gradient settings : linear – angle
124° - repeats 1
- Open a new image 550 x 550 px transparent. Flood fill with your gradient
- Effects => Plugins => FM TileTools : collage circular with these settings :
- Effects => Plugins => FM TileTools : Blend Emboss - default settings - apply once or
twice
- Copy and paste your tube "MarieL_face16_small" as new layer in your working image
- Move it to the upper left corner.
- Effects => 3D effects => Drop Shadow : 0 / 0 / 100 / 15 - Black
- In the layer palette => opacity to 24%
- Open your second tube (here I used Filly's "Filly(1061)Fashion)"
- Add a layer => arrange => descend to bottom and flood fill with your gradient.
In the layers palette : opacity to 51%.
- Add a drop shadow to the tube layer : same settings as step
7
- Merge visible layers. Copy and past as new layer in your working image
- Resize to 50% and again to 56%. Move to the lower left side of your working image
- Add a drop shadow : same settings as step
7. In your layers palette => opacity to 51% - blend mode : luminance (legacy)
- Open your third tube "MarieL_face15_small". Add a layer => arrange => descend to bottom and
flood fill with your gradient. Opacity to 51%.
- Add a drop shadow to the tube layer with these settings : -10 / 0/ 100/ 20 - black
- Merge all layers. Copy and past as new layer in your working image
- Move to the right of your working image. Resize to 60% and add a drop shadow : same settings
as step 7
- Open your next tube (here I used Filly's "Misted_filly_75). Copy and past as new layer in
your working image
- Resize to 75 % and go to Image => free rotate
=> direction : right - 45° (all layers not ticked off)
- Move to the lower right side of your working image. In the layers palette => blend mode :
luminance (legacy)
- Open your tube "orchidpeach_gbodcheryl406". Right click => copy and past as new
layer on your working image
- Image => free rotate : 90 % - direction : left (all layers not ticked off) and display the
tube as shown in the finished tag.
- Add a drop shadow : 0 / 0 / 80 / 5 - black
- With the text tool write your name and add a drop shadow : 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 - black.
- Merge visible layers. Adjust => sharpness => sharpen.
- Go to Image => add borders => 1 px black
- Again Image => add borders => 5 px white
- With the magic wand (feathering 0) select the white border and flood fill with your dark
colour : here I used #CA7861). Effects => 3D Effects => Inner Bevel => bevel 5 and default
settings)
- Selection => Invert. Effects =>
3D Effects =>Cutout : 0 / 0 / 50 / 30 - black (fill interior with colour not
ticked off). Selection => select none
- Again Image => add borders => 20 px white.
- With the magic wand (feathering 0) select the white border and flood fill with your gradient
(angle : 227 - repeats 1 - invert not ticked off)
- Effects => Distortion effects => warp : 100 / 50 / 76 / 76.
Selection => select none
- Repeat steps 27 to 29
- Resize your tag to 82%. Then Files => export => JPG optimizer
