Put the tubes and the brushes in a folder of your choice. In PSP go to file => Import => custom brushes and import your brushes.
Put the plugins in your plugins folder 
Put the presetshape in your PSP preset shapes folder
Put the mask in your PSP masks folder
Put the texture "tuile63" in your PSP textures folder

1. Open your tubes. Copy and paste as new images. We will work with the copies.
   
2. Colours used here : #d9b9ae (light colour) - #6b2d25 (dark colour) - #947274 (for your signature) and white
   
3. Open the texture "lee-text052". Image => resize to 600 x 450 px
   
4. Layers => Load/Save mask => load mask from disk. Select the mask "MD-mask-222" (invert transparency unchecked)
   
5. Layers => merge all (flatten). Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss (default settings)
   
6. Materials palette : foreground : dark colour and background : light colour
   
7. Create a gradient with these settings :







8. Add a new layer. Flood fill this layer with your gradient
   
9. Layers palette : lower opacity to 34 %
   
10. Apply the plugin Penta.com => color dot : 90 / 2 / 255 / 255 / 255
    
11. Effects => edge effects => enhance
    
12. Open Patry's tube "PatryTubes_06_Oriental_22". Copy and paste as new layer in your working image and move it to the lower left corner of your tag (as shown in the finished tag). Resize to 50% (resize all layers unchecked)
    
13. Layers palette : blend mode : overlay
    
14. Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss
    
15. Effects => 3D effects => drop shadow : 5 / 4 / 20 / 4.35 - black
    
16. Open Filly's tube "Misted_filly_(1022)Romantic Face". Copy and paste as new layer in your working image. Move it to the right side of your tag (as shown on the finished tag). Image => Resize to 80 % (resize all layers unchecked). You should get this :






17. Add a new layer. Set the foreground with the white colour and flood fill the layer
with
18. Layers palette : lower opacity to 30 %. Add a new layer
    
19. Set the foreground with your light colour and flood fill this new layer
    
20. Layers palette : lower opacity to 24 %. You should get this :
    
    
    
    
    
21. Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss. Add a new layer
    
22. Set the foreground with the white colour. In the Paint brush settings toolbar select the brush "a-t_recrumpled_9" (size 500) and apply 2 to 3 times to your liking towards the top and the bottom of your tag
    
23. Open Patry's tube "PatryTubes_06_Oriental_21". Copy and paste as new layer in your working image and move it to the upper left corner of your tag. Resize to 30% (resize all layers unchecked)
    
24. Effects => 3D effects => drop shadow (same settings as step 15). Blend mode : overlay
    
25. Add a new layer. Set your foreground with your dark colour. In the Paint brush settings toolbar select the brush "a-dozi's-oldtext-10-brush 001" (size 255) and apply between the Japanese sign tube and the woman's face tube (as shown on the finished tag)
    
26. Layers palette : blend mode : overlay - opacity 48%
. You should get this :





27. Open the butterfly tube. Copy and paste as new layer on your working image. Image => resize to 40% (resize all layers unchecked). Move it towards the top of your tag. With the pick tool slightly rotate the tube to the left. Layers palette => blend mode : screen
    
28. Open Patry's tube "PatryMists_06_Flowers_156". Copy and paste as new layer and move it to the lower right corner of your tag. Image => resize to 50%.
    
29. Effects => plugins => PhotoEffex => background blur : blur strength : 0
    
30. Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss. Add a new layer
    
31. Add a new layer
    
32. Set your background with the #947274 colour. Foreground off. Add your text with the text tool : font Japan - size 48 (depends on your signature's size) - stroke 0 - floating






33. Effects => 3D effects => drop shadow : 2 / 2 / 24 / 4 - black
    
34. Selections => select none. Layers palette : lower opacity to 50%. Add a new layer
    
35. If you have one, you can add your website or group's link. Add your text with the text tool - font verdana - size 9 - same colour as step 32. Image => free rotate => 90 to the left. Move it to the left side of your tag.
    
36. Layers palette : lower opacity to 80%
    
37. Layers => merge all (flatten)
    
38. Effects => Plugins => BorderMania => frame 2 with these settings :






39. Effects => plugins => Filters Unlimited 2.0 => buttons and frames : glass frame 2






40. Effects => plugins => FM Tile Tools => blend emboss
    
41. Effects => plugins => OptikVerve => Virtual Photographer => sunset






42. Effects => plugins => Penta.com => color dot : 33 / 2 / 255 / 255 / 255
    
43. Effects => plugins => Xero => Mistifier
    
    
    
    
44. Adjust => brightness and contrast => clarify : strenght of effect : 6
    
45. Open again the butterfly tube. Copy and paste as new layer in your working image. Image => resize to 40%. With the pick tool slightly rotate the tube to the right. Blend mode : overlay. Effects => 3D effects => drop shadow (same settings as step 33)
    
46. Layers => merge all (flatten)
    
47. File => Export => JPG optimizer
